un-waxed. Each robust British-designed and manufactured solid-steel unit that leaves the Andrews Bowen workshop is supremely durable and will help you get the best out of whatever surface you use.

We have two options in our ProGrade equipment range that come in various widths, with bespoke options also available.

Pro Grade Arena

The Andrews Bowen ProGrade is revolutionary in design to grade and roll a wide range of synthetic surfaces.
Rollers are wrapped in mesh to reduce vibration and consequently machine wear whilst offering a superior finish. The rollers are also split to offer a tighter turning circle without the machine digging into the surface.
Top link adjusters enable roller height to fine tuned to allow for optimum tine depth to be acheived.
A detachable side plate makes it easy to remove any build up against retaining boards levelling out perimeter tracks.
In a short space of time the Andrews Bowen ProGrade leaves your surface level and ready for use.
The strong highly durable machine gives a superior finish to Andrews Bowen synthetic surfaces.
Available in 1.2m, 1.75m and 2m widths as standard, we are able to adapt the working width to suit individual requirements as all production is in house in our Engineering workshop.

ProGrade Plus

Benefiting from the technology base of the ProGrade Arena, the ProGrade Plus is our ‘bendy’ option that is ideally suited to those who require greater flexibility for either arena shape or use with fences/obstacles.
Tow with either tractor or quad. An optional Hydraulic ram kit is available as an upgrade to the manual wind handle for raising and lowering the transport wheels without leaving the tractor seat.
User-friendly, fast and efficient multi-functional maintenance unit.
High quality ‘split’ crumbler rollers for smooth finishes even on tight turns.
Heavy duty spring tines (14) – for surface aeration.
Fully adjustable levelling bar.
Adjustable plate attachment with nylon guide wheel for pulling in from the track and protecting kickboards.
Available in 1.75m and 2m widths as standard, we are able to adapt the working width to suit individual requirements as all production is in house in our Engineering workshop.
